What a disgraceful law for a country that prides itself on its democracy.  I worry not only that many folks won't have the time or energy to make FOUR trips to the DMV if they lack the proper ID, as Russell did, but that many people will know in advance that they lack a current photo ID and--understanding the new law--they will not even bother to show up on election day and will never have their story told nor their voice heard in this election.
